You can easily book your appointment through our online booking system. Choose your preferred service, date, and available time.
Please arrive with your hair clean, fully detangled, and ready for your selected service. Any specific preparation instructions will be provided when needed.
Hair availability may vary depending on the style you choose. Please check the service details or contact us before your appointment.
Appointment times vary depending on the hairstyle, hair length, and desired look. Your selected service will provide an estimated duration.
If you need to reschedule, you must do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Your deposit may be transferred to your new appointment when proper notice is given.
Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before your appointment will be considered a cancellation. A new deposit will be required to book another appointment.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your deposit is applied toward the total cost of your service.
Cancellations:
All deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your appointment, your deposit will not be refunded or transferred.
No-Shows:
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, your appointment will be considered a no-show and your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required before booking another appointment.
By booking an appointment and submitting your deposit, you acknowledge and agree to Kisy Beauty Supply’s cancellation and rescheduling policy.
